He is a qualified Company Secretary (ACS), Lawyer (LLB), and M.Com graduate, bringing over 12 years of experience, including 8 years of post-qualification expertise, in Corporate Law, Securities Law, Foreign Investment Laws, and Fund Raising Advisory.

Before establishing the firm, Jinesh held a senior role at SBICAP Trustee Limited, where he gained valuable hands-on experience in legal operations, compliance, and corporate governance. Under his leadership, the firm has developed core competencies in the incorporation of companies and LLPs, private placements, secretarial and forensic audits, due diligence, corporate restructuring, and advisory services under the Companies Act and SEBI regulations.
